FOREVER wraparound heat shrinkable sleeve (HSS)
FOREVER wraparound heat shrinkable sleeve with a separate closure patch is mainly used for field joint coating of underground 3LPE coated steel pipelines and thermal insulated pipelines.
FOREVER wraparound HSS bonds the steel substrate, primer and plant-applied polyethylene coatings excellently to form a continuous and durable corrosion protection system on the pipeline
The shrink sleeve system consists of a two-component solvent-free epoxy primer, a wraparound heat shrinkable sleeve and a closure patch.

Description :
Heat shrink sleeves for three layer pipelines- heat shrink wrapping
coating consist of cross linked polyethylene backing, hot melt and primer. The three layer pipeline applicated Heat shrink sleeve is compatible with and made from similar materials as Pre–manufactured Three Layers anticorrosion tape.
Heat shrink sleeves mainly used in coating the weld joint of buried steel pipeline, Elbow, Tee joints ect.
The steel substrate, FBE primer and plant-applied polyethylene coatings excellently to form a continuous and durable anti-corrosion system on the pipeline.
